Smoked mackerel paté

Here's another easy tasty snack I made the other day...mackerel paté on toast.

To make, use some smoked mackerel fillets (I had about 200g) and tear apart roughly.  Then add a big spoon of cream cheese, a small spoon of horseradish sauce, some chopped scallions, salt, pepper, and lemon juice and zest.  Mix that alllll together.

To serve, I smeared a clove of garlic over 2 slices of bread and toasted in the oven.  Then top with super thin slices of cucumber, the paté, and some watercress salad.
