Donburi!

What is Donburi? (See below for a quick Wikipedia definition)

Donburi (
kanji: 丼ぶり; hiragana: どんぶり, literally "bowl", also frequently abbreviated as "don", thus less commonly spelled "domburi") is a Japanese "rice bowl dish" consisting of fish, meat, vegetables or other ingredients simmered together and served over rice. Donburi meals are served in oversized rice bowls also called donburi. Donburi are sometimes called sweetened or savory stews on rice.

Now what do you have a huge Tupperware of leftover dumpling filling? You take a big spoonful of filling, put it in the skillet, when it's almost done, crack an egg over, scramble in the pot with the meat...serve over rice. TADA...Donburi! Done in 2 minutes....(does not include rice cooking)
